Why is my payout delayed?

Your payout may be delayed for one of the following reasons:-

• Your withdrawal request is still being processed.

• The bank details provided are incorrect or incomplete.

• There is a delay in bank processing.

• Your withdrawal request requires additional verification.

Payouts are usually processed within 2 business days after approval.
