Does being a Verified Writer mean that the writer is better than other writers?

No.

Receiving the Verified Writer recognition does not mean that the writer is a “better writer” than other writers.Likewise, not being a Verified Writer does not mean that a writer’s stories are of poor quality.

Verified Writer is a recognition, not the only standard for measuring the quality or value of a writer’s work.
