Why does the app interface still appear in English even after I select Malayalam as my Reading Language?

This happens because Reading Language and App Language are separate settings.
Changing the Reading Language only changes the language of the literary content you want to discover.
It does not change the language of the app’s interface.
To display the supported interface elements in Malayalam, you must also select Malayalam as your App Language.
